We have had a great week of learning, although its been very short! Continuing with our topic – Oh What a Wonderful World – we have been looking more closely at the United Kingdom and learning about directional language used when reading map (North, East, South and West) by giving weather forecasts.
We also looked at 3D shapes and their properties. How many faces, vertices and edges they have. We discovered that a lot of everyday objects are 3D shapes. So the challenge for the weekend is for you to try and find as many objects as you can that are 3D shapes!
